Return And Refund
Order Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 3-5 days from the order date.
Returns & Refunds (14 Days)
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.
How to start a return: Email info@nsjeweller.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll share a return authorization and instructions.
Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items : final-sale items.
Exchanges : Contact us to arrange an exchange or place a new order and return the original.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged/defective : Report within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We guarantee your satisfaction and if for items purchased from us is damaged, simply return them to us for an exchange or a full refund. If Product Damaged Notify us of the request to exchange or refund within 14 days from the time of goods receipt. Return Procedure as follows:

There is no return handling fee or whatsoever. Full refunds will be issued when we receive the item. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure all items (including all parts, accessories) are returned together with the invoice or order ID number for us to process your refund faster.
