Custom or handmade items may take up to 14 business days to prepare before dispatch.

Delivery time varies depending on your location:

International orders: usually arrive within 15–20 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or shipping carrier delays.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
